Kamstrup

Kensington Sales Group designed and executed a custom market research program to help Kamstrup better understand the U.S. and Canadian water utility market as the company expanded its North American presence. Rather than a traditional lead-generation campaign, KSG connected with more than 1,000 water authorities and gathered firsthand intelligence around current needs, buying cycles, market trends, and potential near-term opportunities. The resulting data was segmented and analyzed to give Kamstrup actionable intelligence for future sales and marketing efforts.

Azuria

Kensington Sales Group supported Azuria by creating an additional qualification layer between market opportunity data and the company’s field sales organization. KSG worked with existing projects and incoming opportunity intelligence, establishing processes for outreach, project qualification, follow-up, and communication so that Azuria’s sales team could concentrate on the opportunities most worthy of attention. The engagement was designed to turn a large volume of raw project information into a more focused and actionable pipeline.

Siemens

SIEMENS-ENERGY.webp

Kensington Sales Group supported Siemens with a large-scale utility market research and intelligence program designed to bring structure to a highly fragmented market. KSG engaged more than 2,500 utilities, gathering thousands of data points on existing platforms, software environments, infrastructure priorities, incumbent vendors, and future investment needs. That intelligence gave Siemens greater visibility into the market, helped prioritize the accounts with the strongest potential, and ultimately supported the creation of 70 qualified sales opportunities.

SippTech

Kensington Sales Group helped SippTech introduce its specialized large-diameter pipeline rehabilitation technology to the engineers and infrastructure professionals positioned to influence future projects. KSG engaged consulting engineers, water and wastewater specialists, public works organizations, and project teams to uncover specific rehabilitation needs, educate the market on SippTech’s trenchless approach, and arrange technical discussions and presentations. The focus was on identifying project fit early and positioning SippTech as an alternative when conventional rehabilitation or excavation methods presented cost or operational challenges.
