Special Districts
Kensington Sales Group has experience reaching the specialized public entities that often fall outside traditional city and county structures, including special districts, public authorities, transportation organizations, park districts, water districts, and similar agencies. We help clients identify the right organizations and stakeholders, understand local priorities, and create meaningful sales conversations within these highly specialized markets.

TransLoc
Kensington Sales Group’s work with TransLoc centered on the transportation and mobility market, where technology decisions are closely connected to both daily operations and the passenger experience. KSG mapped relevant transit organizations and transportation leaders, conducted discovery around existing operating environments and mobility priorities, and identified organizations where new technology could address service or operational challenges. The program gave TransLoc a structured outbound approach to a highly fragmented market of transit agencies and transportation organizations.
Konveio
Kensington Sales Group supported Konveio with targeted market development across the transportation planning and civic engagement space. KSG reached out to Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs), Councils of Governments (COGs), and consulting firms involved in transportation, land use, and community planning to introduce Konveio’s digital engagement platform. The campaign focused on connecting with planners, project managers, and public-engagement professionals responsible for gathering stakeholder input and helping Konveio build visibility and sales opportunities within a specialized planning market.

Locus USA

Through our work with LocusUSA, Kensington Sales Group has developed experience identifying and building relationships within specialized public agencies, including fire protection, public safety communications, and other organizations with distinct operational and purchasing structures. Our team learned how to navigate this fragmented market, identify the technical and administrative decision-makers responsible for communications infrastructure, and open conversations with agencies that can be difficult to reach through traditional sales channels. This experience translates directly to special districts, where success depends on understanding the organization, finding the right stakeholder, and building a relationship around a highly specific operational need.
