How to use these events
- Pick by buyer, not by size. Water associations such as ACODAL and ANEAS draw utility engineers and managers; procurement events such as RICG and Chile's expos draw purchasing officials.
- Book meetings before you go. Reach target agencies and utilities in the weeks before the event so your time on site is spent in scheduled conversations.
- Speak the buyer's language. Most attendees prefer Spanish, or Portuguese in Brazil. Materials and outreach in their language make a difference.
- Follow up within days. Agree next steps before you leave and follow up while the conversation is fresh.

We included conferences, expos and forums in Mexico, Central America, the Caribbean and South America whose audiences include government, public utility, smart city, procurement or public safety decision-makers. Dates and cities come from the organizer's site or another official announcement checked on November 1, 2026; where neither confirms the next edition, we show the most recent edition and mark the dates TBA.
